BYJU'S Math Companion
BYJU'S - A leading educational technology company with a global presence, known for its innovative learning solutions. The landing page of BMC, however, was facing usability usability challenges that hinder effective communication of the company's offerings and unique value proposition compared to competitors. Our goal was to redesign the BMC landing page, improving UX/UI, effectively showcasing BYJU's offerings, and distinguishing the company from competitors while enhancing user retention and satisfaction.

Challenge
The BMC landing page confronts several design-related issues, leading to poor discoverability, trust issues, and a low conversion ratio. Users encounter difficulties in finding essential information about BYJU's offerings due to a cluttered layout and unclear information hierarchy. Additionally, the design lacks visual cues that establish trust and credibility, further impeding user engagement. These challenges collectively contribute to a decreased conversion ratio, reduced user retention, and diminished overall user satisfaction.
Results
The revamped landing page features a clean, clutter-free interface, making it easier for users to navigate and access essential features.
The redesigned landing page led to a 35% increase in class booking conversions, addressing the initial issues of cluttered layout, unclear information hierarchy, and the absence of trust-building visual cues.
The addition of study materials and a blog section led to a 25% boost in user retention rates, reflecting our commitment to enhancing both the learning experience and community engagement

Process
Research & Analysis: We conducted user interviews, surveys, and analyzed in-app analytics to understand the pain points and user needs. We also studied competitor apps and industry trends to gather insights
Information Architecture: Based on the research findings, we restructured the app's navigation and content, prioritizing features and information according to user needs.
Wireframing & Prototyping: We designed low-fidelity wireframes to visualize the new layout and navigation, iteratively refining them based on user feedback. Afterward, we built a high-fidelity, interactive prototype to test the design.
Usability Testing: We conducted usability tests with a diverse group of users to validate the design and identify areas for improvement. Based on the feedback, we made necessary adjustments to the design.
Visual Design & Style Guide: We developed a cohesive visual language, including color schemes, typography, and iconography, ensuring consistency throughout the app. We also created a style guide to maintain design consistency in future updates.

Conclusion
The BYJU'S Math Companion landing page redesign successfully addressed the usability issues, resulting in a more intuitive and user-friendly experience. The improved UX/UI design led to increased user adoption, engagement, and satisfaction, demonstrating the value of a well-designed landing page.
